Michael: Common Slang Verbs Used Among Students

Michael: This is Must-Know Czech Slang Words and Phrases, Season 1, Lesson 18. In this lesson, you'll learn common slang verbs used among students.
Michael: You'll often hear these expressions during regular conversations as part of your interactions at school.

Michael: The expressions you will be learning in this lesson are:

Veronika: dlabat na to
Michael: literally meaning "dig on it." But, when it's used as a slang expression, it means "to not put much effort into something”; when it comes to school, it means that someone has not studied sufficiently."
