Michael: This is Must-Know Czech Slang Words and Phrases, Season 1, Lesson 12. In this lesson, you'll learn Common Slang Expressions Used in the Gym.

SLANG EXPRESSIONS
Michael: The expressions you will be learning in this lesson are:
Veronika: namakaný
Veronika: pekáč buchet
Veronika: dát si do těla
Veronika: fitko
Michael: Veronika, what's our first expression?
Veronika: namakaný
Michael: literally meaning "someone exercising/working a lot." But, when it's used as a slang expression, it means "muscular."

Michael: Use this slang expression when you want to refer to someone who is very muscular and works out a lot.

Michael: literally meaning "baking pan full of cakes." But, when it's used as a slang expression, it means "six-pack."

Michael: literally meaning "to put in the body." But, when it's used as a slang expression, it means "to exercise a lot."

Michael: It is a contraction for...

Michael: meaning "fitness center" or "weight room."

Michael: "She works in a fitness center as a trainer."
