Cultural Insight
Jennifer: Now it's time for a quick cultural insight.
Martin: When you introduce yourself, it's a good habit to shake hands in the Czech Republic. If you are not sure whether to introduce yourself using formal or informal Czech, simply say Těší mě, which means “I am pleased to meet you”. If you use the correct sentence with Czech people, they’re definitely going to be impressed!

Jennifer: And that’s all for this lesson. Don’t forget to check out the lesson notes, and we’ll see you in the next lesson!
